Orders weighing above 25kg (approximately 90% that we send out) will be sent out via a pallet network. This is a third party delivery company that are franchised to a national network.

At the checkout process certain delivery dates maybe selected depending on availability.
Once your order has been dispatched you will be e-mailed a tracking number for you to track the pallet should you wish.
The delivering depot should ring approximately 1 hour before arrival, therefore please provide a number that is most accessible to you. We cannot be held responsible for any times quoted that are not met due to unforeseen circumstances. Standard deliveries will be made Monday – Friday 8am-6pm.
If you are not available to sign for the goods on an agreed date a re-delivery charge maybe enforced.
Your goods will be wrapped and strapped to a wooden pallet (approximately 1200x800mm) and normally delivered on a tail lift vehicle. This means that the driver will wheel your pallet onto a lift and dropped as a whole unbroken pallet at the nearest delivery point. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your order to the nearest available delivery point, hazards or obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths / driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle.
Due to health and safety and insurance purposes the driver is not obliged to carry goods into a customer’s property. Please ensure you are capable or have adequate help to transfer the goods to your chosen destination. If you think that there may be damage to the pallet please sign for “unchecked” and report and damages to us by e-mail within 3 days.
We do not require the empty pallet(s) back and you are obliged to dispose of them yourself.

Orders weighing below 25kg will be sent out via UPS. You will be e-mailed a tracking number once dispatched for you to find out when delivery will be made but it is generally within 48 hours of dispatch. No times can be specified, if you are not in when delivery is attempted you should be left a card to collect the parcel or arrange a re-delivery.
We can deliver goods without a signature to places that you deem safe, however this has to be places like a garage or hard side access taking into consideration paragraph three in the access section below. All risk as to the condition and content of the goods is passed to you and no claims will be entertained.
Many vehicles used are large articulated vehicles, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate access to your road also thinking about trees, street lighting and overhead cables. If you have a special request please put in the special instructions and we will confirm if this can be fulfilled.
Please inspect goods at time of unloading and mark on delivery note and inform us in writing of any obvious damage. You then have 3 days to inspect the goods in detail and inform us in writing of any shortages, damages or anything unsatisfactory.
Goods not used or not required and still held as current stock can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused. You will be liable for the return carriage. Please inform us in writing or send an email to email@example.com before you intend to return anything to obtain a returns authorisation number.
